Initial situation of cheese production
During the maturing process of smear cheese, residue is left on the wooden boards. These working surfaces must be cleaned absolutely hygienically in the following steps without wearing the material.
Without the use of chemicals, with the aid of our water technology we achieve a completely hygienic cleaning of the wooden boards.
In contrast to traditional methods, the surface is not damaged.
This prevents the wood from becoming worn out and porous, thus allowing the danger of the nesting of undesired bacteria to be reduced.
